We currently offer 3 PPO medical insurance plans through Cigna. Bronze, Silver & Gold.

Dental Insurance

The dental plan is through Renaissance and Vulcan fire covers the cost for the employee only in full.

Vision Insurance

The vision plan is offered through Renaissance and is covered in full for the employee only.

Life Insurance / AD & D

$25,000 of Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance for all employees, offered through Renaissance.

Voluntary Term Life / AD & D

Vulcan Fire offers voluntary term life insurance through Renaissance for you and your dependents. The guarantee issue for the employee is $50,000.

Short & Long Term Disability

Vulcan Fire offers voluntary Short and Long Term Disability through Renaissance. This insurance replaces a portion of your income if you are unable to work for an extended period of time.

401K

Vulcan Fire offers this benefit through Principal. You can make contributions into your 401K account pre-tax and post-tax.
